Holiday Inn Express Malta is seeking to recruit a full-time ‘Guest Service Agent’ to join its team. The Guest Service Agent is often the first point of contact and the first impression for Guests. Warm, knowledgeable service and helpful guidance reassure guests they’ve made the right choice to stay with us. To deliver an exceptional Guest experience – a Guest Service Agent needs to be energetic and dynamic in their approach ensuring our Guests have everything they need for a great stay, from their arrival to their departure. At the Holiday Inn Express Malta, we look for people who are welcoming and can focus on the things that really matter to our Guest’s – and get them right every time.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year front office experience. The candidate is required to be smart in appearance, highly organised, as well as possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. The candidate will be required to work different shifts, weekends, and/or holidays and also assist the F&B operations at times. Knowledge of Opera is highly regarded.
