Job Description

Holiday Inn Express Malta is currently seeking a ‘Guest Experience Manager’ to maintain and provide excellent guest service at all times and provide assistance and support to the team. To maximise sales, to minimise costs and ensure quality and brand standards are met. Warm, knowledgeable service and helpful guidance reassure guests they’ve made the right choice to stay with us. To deliver an exceptional guest experience – a Guest Experience Manager needs to be energetic and dynamic in their approach ensuring our guests have everything they need for a great stay, from their arrival to their departure.  At the Holiday Inn Express Malta, we look for people who are welcoming and can focus on the things that really matter to our guest’s – and get them right every time.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years of front office supervisor experience. The candidate is required to be smart in appearance, highly organised, as well as possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. The candidate will be required to work different shifts (including night shift), weekends and holidays and also assist the F&B operations at times. Must be fluent in English, however a second language is a distinct advantage. Knowledge of Opera is highly regarded.
