Job Description

HLB Malta is a long-established audit, accounts, tax and advisory firm with offices in Lija, Malta. Our client portfolio is constantly expanding and thus, we are seeking to recruit Corporate Services Officer to join our ever-growing team on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • 2 years’ experience working within a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • A good understanding of Maltese company law
  • Positive can-do attitude, willingness to learn and to develop their career

The chosen candidates will be working on a range of tasks, which will include:

  • Maintaining company registers
  • Co-ordinating and handling day-to-day client requests in relation to their companies
  • Preparation and submission of statutory filings as well as performing other statutory obligations as is required of the company secretary
  • Liaising with lawyers, accountants, auditors and other service providers on behalf of the clients
  • Collection and verification of due diligence documentation as part of the KYC procedures
  • Performs company and trust administration
