A vacancy has arisen for the position of Assistant Front Office Manager. The selected candidate will report to and assist the Front Office Manager in managing the front office operation to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our guests and assist in the achievement of various departmental and hotel targets.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of five years of experience working within a front office operation with knowledge of the different hotel functions.
The right candidate would possess excellent interpersonal, leadership and customer skills and would be proactive, creative and able to challenge the status quo. We are looking for stability in the department; therefore strong intention to remain in this position for at least two years is necessary.
Fluency in English and Maltese and knowledge of one or more of the following languages; Russian, German, Italian and French will be considered an asset.
