The Role
We are looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our Sales team with a focus on research and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Create and organise flawless experiences, tailored exactly to the customer’s needs.
  • Discover and create a database on what’s new, including upcoming worldwide events covering art, music, fashion, culinary, accommodation etc.
  • Communicate with prospective clients through a wide range of channels including online live chats, email, telephone enquiries and face-to-face.
  • Offer out-of-this-world customer service.

  • A good understanding of the luxury world.

  • A can-do attitude and ability to meet any tight deadlines.
  • At least 3 years of previous experience within the travel and / or concierge industry.
  • Knowledge and / or experience on Amadeus would be considered an asset.
