Job Description
We are looking for an experienced LIW Unit Officer within our Logistics and Internal Wholesale section for immediate employment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the LIW Section Manager with the distribution process.
- Monitor delivery persons through the company’s tracking system.
- Collect payments from clients and distribution personnel.
- Prepare, process and complete reports related to the distribution.
- Organise and time manages deliveries.
- Be responsible to motivate the warehouse and distribution personnel.
- Be able to work under pressure and take last minutes decisions, if necessary.
Requirements:
- Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Have the ability to work as part of a broader team.
- Have intermediate computer software skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Shireburn software is considered an asset.
- Be able to work under pressure and take other alternative duties that are required by the company.
