Job Description
We are looking for an experienced individual within our Retail team for immediate employment.
The right candidate will be responsible for the below tasks.
Responsibilities
- Handle cash, credit and check transactions with customers.
- Scan goods and collect payments.
- Issue changes, receipts and refunds.
- Bag, box or wrap goods.
- Maintain cleanliness within the point-of-sale area.
- Must be able to multi-task and undertake such alternative duties.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should:
- Be able to understand basic English and Maltese language.
- Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS.
- Good math skills.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Customer satisfaction-oriented.
- Work experience as a Retail Cashier or similar role.
