Your Tasks
- Respond promptly to incoming communication with a high level of service ensuring player satisfaction, and handling all general enquiries
- Assisting players through email, live chat and inbound phone calls
- Providing our players with the best level of service
- Provide technical support with common problems such as cookies, browsers and updates
- Report player issues to the team leader and relevant internal departments where applicable
- Acquiring a good understanding and knowledge of our products, including slot games, sports betting, casino, live casino
- Provide explanations to players about our product / site / policies
- Keep up to date with new information/procedures
- Supporting and guiding players with all requests and escalating and following up where necessary
- Ensure quality assurance, KPI and SLA’s are met
- Working with a dynamic team, for a support office open 365 days per year
- Support primarily on weekends and public holidays
- Work is scheduled on a shift basis
- Responding to player comments on our social media channels
Your Profile
- High level of customer service skills and good communication skills
- Excellent computer skills and good knowledge of internet and mobile apps
- A proven team player factor with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Experience in iGaming or a keen interest in casino and sportsbook would be advantageous
- Very good level of English and an excellent level of written and spoken German (at a native or near native level)
