Your Tasks

  • Respond promptly to incoming communication with a high level of service ensuring player satisfaction, and handling all general enquiries
  • Assisting players through email, live chat and inbound phone calls
  • Providing our players with the best level of service
  • Provide technical support with common problems such as cookies, browsers and updates
  • Report player issues to the team leader and relevant internal departments where applicable
  • Acquiring a good understanding and knowledge of our products, including slot games, sports betting, casino, live casino
  • Provide explanations to players about our product / site / policies
  • Keep up to date with new information/procedures
  • Supporting and guiding players with all requests and escalating and following up where necessary
  • Ensure quality assurance, KPI and SLA’s are met
  • Working with a dynamic team, for a support office open 365 days per year
  • Support primarily on weekends and public holidays
  • Work is scheduled on a shift basis
  • Responding to player comments on our social media channels

Your Profile

  • High level of customer service skills and good communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills and good knowledge of internet and mobile apps
  • A proven team player factor with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Experience in iGaming or a keen interest in casino and sportsbook would be advantageous
  • Very good level of English and an excellent level of written and spoken German (at a native or near native level)
