Greentube is looking for a Customer Service Agent (Italian Speaking) to start immediately at its Malta office.

- Respond promptly to incoming communication with a high level of attention to detail.
- Provide technical support with common problems as cookies, browsers and updates.
- Report customer issues to the team leader and relevant internal departments where applicable.
- Primary assistance with payouts and deposits if necessary via email and telephone.
- Contribute actively to the improvement of our customer experience.
- Working with a dynamic team, for a support office open 365 days per year.
- Support primarily on weekends and public holidays.
- Work is scheduled on a shift basis.
- The role may include training or meetings at our head office in Vienna.
- High level of customer service skills and good communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills and good knowledge of internet and mobile apps.
- A proven team player factor with a can-do attitude.
- Experience in iGaming, sportsbook and betting would be advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of English, since it’s the common language within the company.
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken Italian (as native speaker).
- It would be advantageous to have good knowledge of written and spoken Spanish.
