About us
Goto Global is a multimodal vehicle sharing service provider with a mission to reduce the number of privately-owned vehicles in cities. We do so by offering people multiple ways of travelling from point A to point B, including shared cars, mopeds, bicycles and kick-scooters. We cover all personal mobility needs with one membership and one app. We have our own proprietary technology and operate globally.

About the role
As Marketing Executive, you will oversee marketing operations in Malta and report directly to the Marketing Manager. You will execute media campaigns, cooperate with external agencies, prepare analyses and reports and advise on the future optimization or development of the marketing communication. Working closely with other departments You will make sure that the communication is in line with the company’s needs. Working in an international environment You will face the opportunity to cooperate with our teams in various locations across Europe.

Ideally, you will have proven experience in marketing and good organizational skills, combined with strong analytical ability and a mentality for continual optimization. You will continuously strive to develop your skills and search for new possibilities, with a positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities and scope

  • Developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Executing a media strategy through competitive research, platform optimization, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Analyzing marketing data and available insights and best practices, creating reports and presenting plans accordingly
  • Creating offline and online marketing, PR and editorial opportunities
  • Reporting on marketing objectives and campaign performance, identifying core KPIs and metrics
  • Reviewing acquisition and retention campaigns and aligning strategies
  • Collaborating with other departments in the group to ensure that marketing content is consistent with targets, goals and company actions
  • Ensuring all marketing materials are in line with brand guidelines
  • Preparing and proof-reading marketing material for both online and print campaigns
  • Liaising with 3rd party marketing agencies, partners and suppliers

About you

  • Qualification preferably in marketing, communications or a relevant field
  • Proven working experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital media marketing
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms and media analytics tools
  • Understanding of the digital media environment and local media landscape
  • Strong analytical thinking, and ability to work with numbers
  • Ability to multitask and organizational skills
  • Creative, dynamic and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and attention to detail, thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as a part of the team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Copywriting skills will be considered an asset
