Job Description

Gobnb Ltd. is a fast-growing property management company and it is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join its dynamic team.

The Operation Coordinator will assist in all the daily duties related to Property Management and be completely hands-on.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Set up new properties to the company standards
  • Prepare inventories, explanatory videos, property handbooks
  • Prepare MTA applications
  • Attend meetings and appointments with suppliers
  • Liaise closely with the Guest Relations and Maintenance teams

The ideal candidate would have the following requirements:

  • Proficient knowledge of English (both written and spoken) and knowledge of another language would be considered an asset
  • Possess a valid driving license and own a vehicle
  • Be dynamic and flexible to work both in the office and on-site
  • Have good computer skills
