The Directors of the Gillieru Hotel and Restaurant are seeking to employ a Financial Controller.
The role of the Financial Controller is a key management role influencing both strategic and operational activities reporting directly to the Board of Directors.
Primary responsibilities include timely and accurate reporting, preparation of monthly management accounts, budget development and review, as well as broad based business and financial control and analysis. The focus of this role is to achieve growth and maximise profitability through effective financial management reporting and proactive review of business objectives.
To be considered for this role you will be a qualified professional and have previous management experience preferably within the tourism industry. Strong knowledge of computerised accountancy systems and capable of implementing and utilising current financial software are necessary. Professional team leadership ability is expected, as is a pragmatic approach and proven commercial acumen.
