Gigify is a tech start-up in Malta and is looking to expand the team. We are looking for a highly energetic individual to come into the team and take on a number of different roles while acting as a support system to all sides of the business.
Being a start-up we are looking for that person who is keen to learn, has an understanding of basic office duties and is confident to handle communications with various stakeholders associated with the business.
Some of the day to day duties will be as follows:
- Act as the first point of contact.
- Tracking invoices / payments.
- Generating weekly reports from various tools.
- General admin work (stationary, filing, mailing).
- Customer care duties.
- Following up on things that need to get done.
- Keeping track of key dates such as license renewals etc.
- Basic CRM analyses.
We feel that anybody applying for this job must have a good level of computer literacy and must be proficient in the English language (both spoken and written). Speaking Maltese would also be considered a plus.
