We are looking to employ a Senior Digital Marketing / Social Media Specialist PPC Specialist to optimise our digital marketing and social media activities, and oversee PPC channels and the day-to-day delivery of campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Creating, developing and implementing effective long- and short-term paid search strategies with good ROAS.
- E-commerce strategy: Develop and execute innovative e-commerce strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals and vision. Identify new market opportunities, analyse consumer trends, and implement measures to enhance our online presence.
- Digital marketing: Scale our spending online both domestically and internationally whilst ensuring we are able to maintain profitability. Continuous optimisation of ad channels, namely Google, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft.
- Ownership of current Customer Service channels (email/social media).
- Content creation and blogs.
- Create and optimise landing pages.
- Executing and optimizing multiple PPC campaigns simultaneously.
- Overseeing campaigns across a number of search platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook, Social Media ads, Microsoft Advertising etc), and adjusting bids to optimise ROAS.
- Ensuring campaigns are aligned across multiple channels, avoiding wasted spend or crossover.
- Targeting selected groups through keyword and audience research.
- Tracking daily, weekly and monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement or more efficient spend.
- Reporting KPIs to management on a regular basis via various dashboards.
- Reducing the risk of click fraud and irrelevant spending.
- Staying up-to-date with PPC/SEM trends and techniques, and applying them where relevant.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist and able to demonstrate PPC expertise.
- Experience with multiple platforms, e.g. AdWords, Facebook Ads, Microsoft advertising.
- You will need strong analytical and numeracy skills, and be confident translating large amounts of data into relevant reports for decision making.
- Expertise using and manipulating paid search dashboards to optimise spend.
- Native Swedish speaker / Norwegian language would be considered an asset.
- Confidence using Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written and experience presenting reports and optimisations.
- The ability to work well under minimal supervision is required.
