Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administration Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the efficient operation of our organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization, including preparing and processing documents, scheduling appointments, and responding to phone and email inquiries.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of various activities, such as inventory, expenses, and customer orders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Assist with organizing meetings and events, including preparing materials, booking venues, and arranging catering.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, such as ordering supplies and ensuring they are properly maintained and repaired.
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.


  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Maltese and English.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with others and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of office equipment and procedures, such as fax machines, scanners, and filing systems.
