Gard Group consists of Gard Retail Ltd, Gard Catering Ltd and Gard innovations Ltd.
Our core business is retail, catering and manufacturing / importation of aluminium and PVC.
Gard Retail Ltd, for the past years, has been operating five franchise-operated shops under the name of The Convenience Shop, one of Malta’s leading household names in Malta.
Gard Catering Ltd has been operating under the name of Il-Forn Ta’ L-Ghawdxi, which is a leading brand in Malta for the signature Ftira and Pizza’s, which currently has 2 take away outlets and a restaurant.
Gard Innovations Ltd has been operating under the name of N&R Innovations which has been established in Malta for the last 5 years specialising in manufacturing and importation of aluminium and PVC.
The company’s vision is to further develop local business and investing in different sectors locally.
- Handling administrative requests from the senior manager as well as the directors.
- Assisting in the preparation of the yearly audit.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly accounts.
- Issuing of quotes and invoices.
- General office duties as well as any other administrative tasks that may be required.
The selected applicant must have:
- Effective IT and communication skills.
- Be flexible and able to work independently yet also be a team player.
- He / she will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of organisation skills.
- Ability to work within a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
- Be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Previous experience working in an office environment in a similar role.
- A background in Accounting would also be considered as an asset for this role.
