Job Description

Gain Changer seeks to recruit an Operations Supervisor for a key role in our Link Building department. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing and dynamic team in an exponentially growing company.

As the Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing the entire link building process, while delegating and reviewing work of and amongst team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage link building activities and oversee the efficiency of operational processes.
  • Onboarding of new clients.
  • Train new starters and supervise employees.
  • Briefing and monitoring the workload of all members in the Link Building team, including the allocation of work, and overseeing its execution.
  • Undertaking operational duties, as required; meeting deadlines as well as covering for staff absence by delegating tasks effectively amongst other team members.
  • Set realistic KPI’s to be delivered by your team to ensure efficiency and performance with the best possible results.
  • Liaise with the SEO department and assist in client coordination.
  • Evaluating the performance of your assigned employees and conduct regular performance reviews with each individual.
  • Creating monthly reports, detailing performance against defined key metrics (KPI’s) to upper management.
  • Manage budgets set per client for different markets, publishers, and type of link building activity.
  • Take ownership of the link building process, team, workflows, client management and overall workflow optimization.
  • Manage relationships with contractors, third party systems, publishers, and external SEO teams.


  • Hands-on experience of at least 2 years in a supervisor or managerial role.
  • Experience in the iGaming industry is an asset, but not a requirement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven project management skills and team leadership experience.
  • Organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment in which infrastructure and processes may not yet be completely defined.
  • A degree in business administration, management or similar is seen as an asset.
