Job Description
A vacancy for an Office Administrator has arisen at GAD Finishings.
The successful applicant would be required to:
- Carry out general secretarial duties;
- Draft and handle correspondence and liaise with various authorities and departments connected with the firm’s operations;
- Maintain bookkeeping records;
- Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients;
- Basic accounting duties such as issuing sale invoices, sales quotes and facilitating payments to suppliers;
- Compiling all necessary HR information for payroll purposes on a monthly basis.
Skills and knowledge:
- Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Possess good organizational skills;
- Must be willing to work on his / her own initiative;
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office applications;
- Fluent in English and Maltese;
- Experience within a similar role will be considered an asset;
- The chosen candidate needs to have his/ her own transport.
