Job Description

A vacancy for an Office Administrator has arisen at GAD Finishings.

The successful applicant would be required to:

  • Carry out general secretarial duties;
  • Draft and handle correspondence and liaise with various authorities and departments connected with the firm’s operations;
  • Maintain bookkeeping records;
  • Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients;
  • Basic accounting duties such as issuing sale invoices, sales quotes and facilitating payments to suppliers;
  • Compiling all necessary HR information for payroll purposes on a monthly basis.

Skills and knowledge:

  • Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Possess good organizational skills;
  • Must be willing to work on his / her own initiative;
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office applications;
  • Fluent in English and Maltese;
  • Experience within a similar role will be considered an asset;
  • The chosen candidate needs to have his/ her own transport.
