Job Description
Funding Support is looking to recruit a Project Administrator on a part-time basis (approximately 20 hours a week).

Funding Support is a one-stop shop company based in Malta that specializes in EU funds and other funding opportunities for SMEs, government entities, local councils and non-governmental organisations.

- EU funds / national funds advisory services
- Training on EU funds, project management and public procurement

- Technical assistance in public procurement
Key responsibilities
- Liaising with company clients to coordinate meetings, agendas and drafting minutes
- Aiding in the drafting of tender documents and tender bid proposals
- Assisting in areas related to project management for both EU and nationally funded projects
- Maintaining a comprehensive filing system for various projects
- Assisting in content and research development related to EU funds and project implementation (e.g. reports, contracts, application forms, website information, etc.)
- Assist the Managers with various secretarial and administrative tasks as well as provide support to clients as and when required
- Ad hoc duties as directed by the Line Manager
Requirements
- Excellent communication and telephone skills. Fluency in spoken and written Maltese and English is a must
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organisational skills, administrative and reporting skills
- Positive attitude at the workplace and ability to work on own initiative
- Good computer skills – efficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel,)
- Good organisational skills: able to prioritise, follow-up and multi-task
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Flexible and resourceful at problem-solving
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Possess a clean driving license and be able to use your own car (this will be compensated over and above the salary package)
