The HR and Administration Assistant duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Co-ordination of meetings
- Maintenance of employee database
- Registering of new employees
- Assisting in the recruitment process
- Raising of purchase orders
- Ordering of stationery
- Chasing suppliers for better quotes
- Ordering and distribution of staff uniforms
- Monitoring and inputting of leave
- Assisting with employee onboarding
- Updating and maintenance of HR documentation
- Minimum of 1 year relevant working experience in HR and / or administrative role
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong communication skills (English and Maltese)
- Able to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure
- Be able to multitask
- Proactive attitude
- Ability to work with deadlines and without close supervision
- Be a quick learner
- IT savvy / pc literacy and experience with MS Office
- Knowledge of local labour legislation is considered a plus
