The Role of the Executive will involve a range of duties which include, but not limited to assisting in the implementation of funded projects. The officer will be drafting HR and Procurement related polices, participating in meetings and minutes taking.
The HR and Procurement Executive may also be assigned duties within our services to perform HR related duties such as staff appraisals, staff training and procurement process. The Executive will also be assisting in recruitment process.
The HR and Procurement Executive is accountable to the Executive Director of the Foundation for Respite Care Services.
MQF Level 6 qualification in a relevant area including HR Management, Public Policy or Management, or a relevant social science.
Preference will be given to applicants who have a post-graduate qualification in the field of Human Resources or who have 2 years of work experience in the related area of work.Foundation For Respite Care Services – KMP-75716
