Forestals Group of Companies is a leading provider of consumer electronics, home appliances, and tech products in Maltas. With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we are looking for a dedicated Administration Assistant (Managed Print Services) to join our dynamic team.

Position Summary
The primary objective of the Managed Print Services Administration Assistant is to ensure the smooth running of the post-sales function, working closely with the rest of the Accounts and Administration team on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing orders with suppliers and coordinating shipments.
  • Updating receipt of stock into the stock management system.
  • Keeping salespersons updated with ETAs of incoming stock.
  • Periodic reporting as required by management.
  • Ensuring timely follow-up of all enquiries and handling customer-related aspects of sales fulfilment.
  • Any other related tasks / functions within the department as deemed necessary by management.

Requirements

  • Applicants are required to be computer literate and have a knowledge of standard office software.
  • Previous experience within a similar role will be considered an asset.
  • Fluency in English (and preferably Maltese but not essential).
  • Previous experience with using Shireburn Software will be considered an asset.
