Forestals Group of Companies is a leading provider of consumer electronics, home appliances, and tech products in Maltas. With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we are looking for a dedicated Administration Assistant (Managed Print Services) to join our dynamic team.
The primary objective of the Managed Print Services Administration Assistant is to ensure the smooth running of the post-sales function, working closely with the rest of the Accounts and Administration team on a day-to-day basis.
- Processing orders with suppliers and coordinating shipments.
- Updating receipt of stock into the stock management system.
- Keeping salespersons updated with ETAs of incoming stock.
- Periodic reporting as required by management.
- Ensuring timely follow-up of all enquiries and handling customer-related aspects of sales fulfilment.
- Any other related tasks / functions within the department as deemed necessary by management.
- Applicants are required to be computer literate and have a knowledge of standard office software.
- Previous experience within a similar role will be considered an asset.
- Fluency in English (and preferably Maltese but not essential).
- Previous experience with using Shireburn Software will be considered an asset.
- Self-motivated and adaptable with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player with positive and effective interpersonal skills.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and responsibility.
