Job Description

We at Focal Maritime Services are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative to join our energetic team and to assist us sell the products and services that our clients have grown to rely on. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships and securing business.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Generate leads via phone, social media and emails
  • Schedule sales appointments and activities
  • Report on sales activities
  • Promote products / services to new and existing clients
  • Adhere to KPIs set for the commercial department
  • Ensure that monthly and yearly targets are achieved through successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
  • Generating and analysing statistical data
  • Perform market research and regular competitor monitoring
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

  • A’ level standard of education
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion
  • Highly motivated, determined and target driven
  • Strong prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ownership of a car and a clean driving license is required
