Job Description
We at Focal Maritime Services are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative to join our energetic team and to assist us sell the products and services that our clients have grown to rely on. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships and securing business.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Generate leads via phone, social media and emails
- Schedule sales appointments and activities
- Report on sales activities
- Promote products / services to new and existing clients
- Adhere to KPIs set for the commercial department
- Ensure that monthly and yearly targets are achieved through successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
- Generating and analysing statistical data
- Perform market research and regular competitor monitoring
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
Knowledge, skills and experience required:
- A’ level standard of education
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion
- Highly motivated, determined and target driven
- Strong prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ownership of a car and a clean driving license is required
