Job Description

FMcore Condominium Administration Ltd. is expanding and we are on the lookout for a full-time Facilities Management Manager who is highly competent and dynamic to grow within the company. The role objectives are to plan, organise, manage and administer all the cleaning, maintenance and ancillary activities of the company.

The duties entail:

  • To plan, direct and monitor operations of the FM2 team
  • To keep abreast with the latest cleaning and technical developments in the products handled by the company
  • To ensure that all staff are prepared through appropriate formal training on the job
  • To plan and conduct training programmes for all staff
  • To assist in the interviewing, selection and recruitment of the staff
  • To prepare quotation or other technical matters for tendering purposes
  • To ensure a direct and clear communication link between the company and other suppliers, both local and overseas
  • To prepare operating budgets and forecasts for the FM2 department
  • To supervise the costing and invoicing of the cleaning and service calls
  • To ensure that the allocation of service calls is conducted efficiently and with care
  • To report on activities undertaken
  • To train and appraise the performance of subordinates
  • To direct subordinates in meeting their work objectives
  • To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Candidates must:

  • Have an O’ level standard of education
  • Be fluent in English and Maltese languages
  • Be computer literate
  • Have a valid driving licence
  • Be ready to work flexible hours
