About the Role
Based at our headquarters in the Maltese islands, our selected talent will join our agile and dynamic team of professionals driven to deliver a five-star service to our esteemed portfolio of clients. We are looking for a talent who has a passion for client services, is naturally detail oriented, and is dedicated to assisting the Property Manager in providing a premium service to clients and Condominium Boards alike. Previous experience in this role will be considered as an asset.

Main responsibilities
The Property Administrator’s core responsibility is to perform tasks required to ensure smooth delivery of services and is involved in all aspects of day-to-day operation. These include:

  • Handling general enquiries
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers
  • Managing incoming and outgoing payments
  • Monitoring various sites
  • Troubleshooting problems on a day-to-day basis
  • Multi-tasking between several tasks at hand
  • Chasing for outstanding payments
  • Other job-related duties as required

The role calls for a motivated person who thrives on daily challenges and is able to prioritise tasks within a busy environment.

  • Have an O’ level standard of education
