Job Description

Firstbridge Services is currently seeking to employ a talented Digital Content Writer on a part-time basis.

Established in 2005, Firstbridge is comprised of a versatile team of experts, providing a range of financial services to an array of businesses and organisations.

This vacancy requires an energetic individual who is motivated by a challenging and dynamic working environment, working closely with team leaders and other colleagues to plan and implement effective marketing campaigns and further create brand awareness. Firstbridge has a policy of promoting from within and has a dedication to professional training and progression.

Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Create, edit, and improve the written content that the audience is looking for and optimise the path to conversion on social media.
  • Deliver an effective editorial plan and content marketing strategy to meet the business objectives. Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content development, categorisation and structure, distribution, and management.
  • Measure and optimise on a regular basis to drive traffic, engagement and leads.
  • Be able to create engaging SEO articles for the web page and social media platforms.
  • Integrate content programs with brand campaigns to drive the demand for the brand.
  • Develop editorial calendar together with the marketing team.
  • Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement.
  • Create video and moving image scripts / subtitles.
  • Analyse web traffic metrics.

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
  • The successful candidate will need to be flexible, hardworking and self-motivated.
  • The candidate needs to have the capability to create content (posts etc.) that captures the target audience and optimise conversions.
  • Have at least 1-year of experience in a marketing-related position.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
