Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious Finance Administrator to provide support to the accounting department by managing daily accounting tasks for our clients.
You will be part of a young innovative team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for our clients’ finances.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in Excel and Google spreadsheets, be able to work comfortably with different software and is attentive to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Extracting data from client platforms for invoicing purposes
- Maintaining an updated set of financial reports
- Updating company details on various client platforms as required
- Tracking incoming and outgoing funds and debt collection
- Communicating with accounting managers through various platforms
- Issuing and distributing revenue invoices based on data extracted and client requests
- Filing of any documentation in hard-copy files
- Assisting the accounting team as might be required
- Ensure efficient client services and provide support to administration staff
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is not required but will be considered as an asset
- Great attention to detail
- Can communicate both in English and Maltese
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Deadline-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
