We have recently opened the position of Human Resources Manager and are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team of professionals.

Position objectives
The role of Human Resources Manager is critical to business success where people are the most important asset. HR Manager is to support business efforts, ensure productive recruitment, promote corporate values, shape a positive culture where everyone works to realize company’s established mission and objectives.


  • Manage the recruitment and selection process; arranging interviews, coordinating hiring efforts, and onboarding new employees
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Making sure all paperwork is filled out and making sure that everything from the first day to each subsequent day is navigated successfully

Requirements and skills

  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources agenda
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • High ethical standards
  • Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making
  • High integrity and openness combined with a commitment to good governance
  • Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success
  • Knowledge of labor law
  • Relevant university degree
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
