Job Description
We are currently looking to hire a diligent and efficient Wines Sales Coordinator to join the Farsons Beverage Imports Company Ltd team. Reporting to the Wine Manager your responsibilities will include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other teams, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Boosting sales effectiveness and productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring up-to-date sales materials
- Assisting sales teams with administrative tasks and coordination
- Handling sales logistics to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handling sales inquiries and orders by phone or email
- Preparing and processing sales orders and quotations and wine proposals for new and existing clients
- Handling total FBIC portfolio sales in a specific area
- Assisting with sales presentations events and wine tastings and materials preparation
- Developing and maintaining a filing system for managing sales databases and updating sales records
- Collaborating with Marketing and Finance teams on sales-related tasks
Passion, enthusiasm and a knowledge of wines and spirits are key characteristics for this key role within the sales team of FBIC.
Other attributes include:
- Having solid prior experience in a similar role related to wines and certification in wine education
- Possessing excellent organisational, administrative, and problem-solving skills
- Having strong communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and some market knowledge
- Working well in matrix environments requiring you to work with a wide range of stakeholders
- Prior experience in sales is considered an asset
- Fluency in English and being a competent Office user are required
