Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit an energetic and organised individual. The selected candidate is expected to handle all matters related to payroll and admin duties

The ideal candidate

  • Should have a minimum of O’ level standard and be computer literate;
  • Must be highly organised and has the ability to prioritise and complete tasks in a timely manner;
  • Be capable of performing basic mathematical calculations;
  • Be capable of understanding written procedures and oral instructions;
  • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times;
  • Knowledge of the payroll system will be considered an asset, however, training will be provided;
  • Have knowledge of basic office admin procedures;
  • Be literate in English and Maltese.

Key activities

  • To be committed to working out monthly payroll including updating of employee details;
  • To prepare work permits for foreign employees;
  • Liaise with JobsPlus and submit necessary forms;
  • Other office admin duties including but not limited to payroll procedures.

Training will be provided to the right candidate.
