Travel Agent (German Speaking)

Royal Caribbean is the world’s largest cruise line. Executive Holidays Ltd, a Malta-based company is entrusted with managing the cruise line’s travel agency sales network in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy and Malta.

The vacancy is at the Company’s Operations department in Hamrun.

The post entails:

• Phone and online interaction with German travel agents;


• Handling inbound enquiries and bookings, effecting sales, and giving after-sales support;


• Office hours are Mon to Fri 09:00 to 17:30 or 10:30 to 19:00 hours (including a 30-min break), based on 40 hours per week. Saturday morning work may be required on alternate Saturdays, but this would be paid at overtime rates.

The ideal candidate should:

• Be able to perfectly communicate in German;


• Be well travelled, ideally having also gone on cruises;


• Be a good team player and able to work under pressure;


• Previous experience working in tourism shall be considered an asset.

Necessary training would be given by the company, and this may also entail a few days of training on board a cruise ship.

Salary is generous (to be discussed), and benefits also include quasi-free cruises (only selected departures).
