Job Description

Evos Malta Ltd. forms part of an international and independent energy storage company. It operates a network of premium tank terminals with an extensive combined storage capacity across its terminal in Europe, facilitating critical logistics connections, while delivering flexible and sustainable solutions.

Evos Malta Ltd, is looking for an energetic IT End User Support to join its dynamic team. The IT End User Support will be reporting to the Technical Manager with a functional reporting line to the Group IT Manager.

The selected candidate will:

  • Provide daily support and services related to the technical and functional questions requested on the area of IT for Evos Malta
  • Support all the applicable business processes

Main duties of the position include:

  • The setup and maintenance of current and new systems and functionalities
  • Providing high quality walk up face-to-face support
  • Setting up the relevant and appropriate IT access required for internal staff in a secure way and managing the execution of this process
  • Providing support remotely helping to resolve IT issues through effective diagnosis and technical actions (in close coordination with external service providers if needed)
  • Support and develop IT guidelines and instructions
  • Execute activities related to deployment of multiple IT projects
  • Support and coordinate questions and support multiple vendors
  • Support technical and operational structure of the IT Service Management documentation and systems and work on continuous improvement activities
  • Identify, assess and resolve information security risks and advise on the implementation of adequate control measures
  • Setup, monitor and initiate actions to monitor the current cyber threat levels and reduce the overall operational risk for the organization
  • Collaborate, integrate and support IT initiatives across the Evos Group


  • Advanced Diploma in IT (computer systems and networks)
  • Knowledge and understanding of ISO27001 and ITIL
  • Good knowledge and understanding of network topology
  • Strong communication skills, verbally and written
  • Strong verbal and written capabilities in English
  • Able to quickly align between different subjects and assignments
  • Is creative in finding solutions set forward with the given frameworks and policies
  • Able to process and handle confidential process and personal data
