The Role
Working as a part of the Commercials department, our Administrative Assistant has an important role providing administrative duties to the business. This will involve general admin, data entry and various sales and purchasing tasks to ensure the efficient, smooth day-to-day operations of Eventura.


  • Provide reception cover and meet and greet visitors, provide refreshments, and make them feel welcome
  • Take calls and messages, passing them to the relevant colleague when required
  • File data and perform other clerical tasks as required, ensuring data is accurate and properly stored
  • Distribute mail to colleagues, post mail for the business and ensure cheques are deposited where required
  • Managing inventory of office supplies
  • Accepting deliveries, booking in on ERP system and notifying relevant colleagues
  • Updating notice boards and general housekeeping
  • Ensure that Eventura are compliant with legal requirements
  • Liaising with site services contractors with regard to maintenance of the building
  • Organising travel arrangements for colleagues
  • Ensure all financial transactions, customer records and supplier records are accurate and maintained
  • Liaise with all departments and provide administration assistance where necessary
  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
  • Ensure the stock room is maintained
  • Support all other departments when required
  • Schedule meetings for Company Directors
  • Matching, checking, and processing purchase invoices

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Undertake risk assessments, site inspections, and ensure all
  • Health and safety equipment is maintained and up to date
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of Eventura, its service offering, processes and procedures, customer expectations and how these align with our values of quality and customer focus
  • Support and share information with others to develop and promote excellent service delivery through teamwork
  • Participate in training relating to Eventura’s product and service offerings
  • Contribute to additional activities such as team meetings, events etc. as, when and in the manner required

Experience and skills to be successful in the role:

  • No previous experience required
  • Customer service skills
  • Literacy, numeracy, and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills, working as a team player
  • Ability to work independently when required
  • Communicate effectively via email, phone and in person
  • Willingness to undertake additional responsibilities
  • Ability to maintain accurate, up to date records
  • Learn quickly and adapt to complex concepts
