Job Description

We are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator. This is a role for individuals with at least 2 years of proven experience in a similar position.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Greeting clients at the office (physically) and showing them their way to the board room. Offer tea / coffee / water. Ensure that the boardroom is in order after the meeting is concluded;
  • Answer the phone and take messages, as needed;
  • Filing, scanning and organising documents;
  • Typing of financial statements and other ancillary documents as indicated;
  • Other general office duties as these arise.

Personal skills

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office;
  • Knowledge of SAGE accounting software would be considered an asset;
  • Capable of working within a team, managing multiple assignments and working to demanding deadlines;
  • Smart, highly motivated, well presented and organised individual with an eye for detail;
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills and ability to multitask;
  • Fluency in the English language (both written and spoken);
  • Ability to work and perform under pressure.
