Key accountabilities:
- Promote the applicable product portfolio
- Understand customer needs and provide them with tailored recommendations
- Execution of CVM inputs
Key performance indicators:
- To optimize the clients’ experience
- Volume of renewals and upsells
- Value generation
- Customer satisfaction feedback
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Proactive with a positive mindset
- Team player
- Understanding key drivers of value in the telecommunications industry
- Excellent command of both English and Maltese languages is required
- Experience in telemarketing and / or sales and / or other customer-facing roles will be considered an asset
