Enteractive is hiring a Telecom Performance Analyst to help increase our customer reach.

The Role

  • Support Enteractive in understanding and fulfilling its telecommunications regulatory affairs obligations in various countries around the world.
  • Undertake research and collect data to better analyse our outcomes.
  • Coordinate with third parties to constantly obtain new virtual phone numbers across the globe.
  • Regularly monitor our voice answering rates and message delivery rates in order to ensure we are always reaching as many customers as possible.
  • Responsible to keep up to date with the ever-changing regulations across different markets.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, statistics or similar.
  • Excellent organisational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge and technical skills using MS Office tools.
  • Previous working experience in telecoms, direct inward dialling (DID) or SIP / VOIP is considered an asset.
  • You are a creative problem solver with a demonstrated ability to provide pragmatic advice.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, and the ability to convey information and develop presentations for multiple levels of the organisation.
