Job Description

Embark (Malta) Ltd is a company with big plans and is currently looking for an Office Administrator to join the team and be a part of the company’s exciting journey.

​​Main Responsibilities:

  • Look after all administrative affairs of the company, including books of accounts and invoicing;
  • Assist with purchase orders / delivery follow up / delivery receipts;
  • Overseeing the workings of the reception desk area – stock control of stationery, etc / follow up on office equipment maintenance and maintenance contracts;
  • Manage incoming calls, receive visitors, organize meeting room bookings.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Possess an accounting background with a minimum of A’ level in accounting;
  • Be fluent in both Maltese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication in both;
  • Be a team player, yet able to work with minimal supervision and use own initiative;
  • Positive, ambitious mindset and work ethic;
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
  • Previous experience in a similar position in a professional, forward-thinking organization.

Salary:

  • Eur 24,000 and medical insurance.
