Embark (Malta) Ltd is a company with big plans and is currently looking for an Office Administrator to join the team and be a part of the company’s exciting journey.
- Look after all administrative affairs of the company, including books of accounts and invoicing;
- Assist with purchase orders / delivery follow up / delivery receipts;
- Overseeing the workings of the reception desk area – stock control of stationery, etc / follow up on office equipment maintenance and maintenance contracts;
- Manage incoming calls, receive visitors, organize meeting room bookings.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Possess an accounting background with a minimum of A’ level in accounting;
- Be fluent in both Maltese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication in both;
- Be a team player, yet able to work with minimal supervision and use own initiative;
- Positive, ambitious mindset and work ethic;
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
- Previous experience in a similar position in a professional, forward-thinking organization.
