We are looking for an ambitious individual who is keen to develop their career in the insurance industry. The selected candidate will be expected to provide professional and efficient service to our customers.
Main responsibilities:
- Dealing with customers (face-to-face, via email, and over the phone).
- Responding to queries and explaining products and services to clients.
- Obtaining, handling, and processing of customer documentation.
- Issuing quotations, policies, and renewals for various insurance products.
- General administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- An insurance qualification (or part qualification).
- A minimum of two years’ work experience in the insurance industry.
- A sense of responsibility, accountability, and ownership.
- The ability to handle various customer types.
- Excellent customer service skills and communication skills in English and Maltese.
