About The Company
We are the leading Technology business within the Gaming space. We are searching for a new IT Director to join their team and build a tech hub in Mauritius.
The Role
The IT Director will be responsible for managing the overall IT operations of the company, including cybersecurity, coding, and testing. You will work closely with the product manager, leads, and story owners to design features, prioritize tasks, define the Definition of Done, and monitor daily progress with clear metrics and reporting such as burn down charts.
Key Responsibilities
As the most senior IT professional, you will be responsible for leading the DevOps team, scaling their operations, bringing in the best practices of the industry, and improving their standards and SLAs to overcome the challenges ahead. You will work closely with the other Directors and senior executives to create a technical vision and strategy for the company.
You
As an IT Director, you will be a technical problem solver for all technical systems, and you will work to create and optimize all technical processes. You will ensure that reported issues are being resolved promptly, that corporate policies and procedures are being followed, implemented, and maintained. You will also supervise the system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency and develop standards and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met and consistent.
You will ideally hold a degree in computer science or a related field and proven experience as a Tech Director or Head of IT in an iGaming company.
