Job Description
We are currently seeking an IT Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring an appropriate structure of the company’s IT policies and procedures.
- Ensuring that appropriate records are created and maintained.
- Ensuring that the IT department operates in accordance with the applicable policies and procedures.
- Managing the company’s business continuity plan for the IT department.
- Designing and reviewing technical security controls, with respect to the company’s computer networks.
- Being able to configure and maintain below:
- Next generation Firewall ForiGate 100F – configuration and maintenance.
- Wi-Fi Aruba AP-515 (RW) unified AP configuration and maintenance.
- Aruba Ion 1960 12XGT 4SFP +Switch and Aruba Ion 1960 48G and 24G Class4(altogether four) configuration and maintenance.
- Deep Instinct – management of the software on a daily basis.
- Management of Office 365 licenses; Deep Instinct – Endpoint Prevention Software management of the software on a daily basis; on Cloud Server; office printers; UPS SOCOMEC Netys RT 3300VA, 2700W with additional battery cabinet.
- Being able to work with Microsoft 365 licenses and all Microsoft-related software such as Teams, OneDrive, PowerPoint + Defender.
- Manage yearly licenses (threat protection, endpoint-based licence – VPN, Forti Analyzer licence).
- All the above services and additional maintenance, configuration and management of Wi-Fi, Firewalls.
Skillsets and requirements:
- Previous work experience in a senior role.
- Previous work experience within aviation would be considered an asset.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
