Front Office Administration Officer

Job Description

E&L Enterprises Ltd are currently seeking to recruit an administration officer on a full-time basis.

The Administration Officer will be working closely with the office management to provide administrative support in a dynamic environment.

Reception duties

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence
  • Develop and maintain a filing system for the archive room
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Submit and reconcile petty cash
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Prepare the boardroom before a meeting and guiding guests accordingly
  • Other duties which may arise from time to time

Assistance to Payroll

  • Issue report from Spektrum
  • Collect all leave and sick leave forms
  • Input all relevant information into the excel spreadsheet
  • Contact supervisors for any queries on the timesheets and punches


  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • O’ level standard will be considered an asset
