The team specializes in translations of the highest quality, backed up with the company’s ISO 17100 certification as well as a vast number of other language services. EHLION works with clients worldwide in over 100 languages and 800 different language combinations.

Working with the best linguists in the industry, we successfully help companies expand internationally in several markets and individuals with their day-to-day language service requirements.

We are on the search for a Global Marketing Manager to join our expanding team in Malta!

Position Responsibilities:

  • Developing a global brand strategy for language services offered in different markets worldwide.
  • Leading, executing, and implementing the integrated communication plan including collecting customer trends, translating them into creative briefs, managing the creative process, and global launch communication planning.
  • Analyzing all business improvement plans and recommending changes if required.
  • Leading service commercialization activities whilst including revenue forecasts, demand planning, coordination of promotional material, creation / update of marketing materials, sales field support, and convention planning duties.
  • Collaborating, aligning with, and reporting to company Directors; to implement tactics and initiatives to drive growth and commercial sales.
  • Managing and executing global service portfolio plans, including customer needs analysis and gap identification, and ongoing pricing / cost management to ensure sustained profitability.
  • Managing marketing launch plans to include brand strategies, market research, competitive assessments, product positioning, media plans, public relations and marketing programs, while measuring and tracking market acceptance and ROI.
  • Managing sales tools, promotional literature / CI material and other product-related tools geared towards internal and external customers.
  • Creating a strategic plan for revenue growth for services and managing the execution of tactics within budget guidelines.
  • Overseeing and managing the web development, social media and SEO teams.
  • Utilizing strategic thinking, creativity, and innovation in planning and building strong connections with global customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Travelling globally as required to support all activities relating to brand development / management.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of strategic marketing or product marketing management, product development, and brand management in the language or any related industry.
  • A solid background in languages.
  • Native or near-native spoken, and written English, a second language a plus.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated brand strategies into new global markets (including the US, and Canada) addressing unmet needs, and growing customer base.
  • Ability to translate current and future vision into strategies, determine executability of strategies, and readiness tactics in executing strategic marketing plans for lines of business with proven experience.
  • Experience managing creative development process working with internal and external resources (e.g. marketing agencies).
  • Demonstrated presentation and communication skills.
