We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team!

  • Liaise with the Executive and Senior Management to handle requests and queries.
  • Procurement of office supplies, data entry and organizing and executing other role-related tasks.
  • Plan and organize meetings, record meeting minutes, schedule appointments and organize travel arrangements.
  • Prepare payables and receivables utilizing our system.
  • Manage and update resource database.
  • First point of contact to provide general support for clients and visitors (phone and in-person).
  • Creating different documents as needed, including visuals for different purposes (e.g.: Canva).
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, and forms to internal and external clients.
  • Research and organize networking opportunities, trade fairs, and any service-related events.
  • Organize and book trainings, team events, and other events.

Role competencies:

  • Previous experience working as an Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Minimum A’ level qualification.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams), Asana, Canva.
  • Professional, interpersonal skills and written and great written and oral communication skills.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, a secondary language may be considered as a plus.
