Job Description

Eden Leisure Group is seeking to recruit a full-time Administrative Assistant to support with administration duties in the executive offices.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handling general office duties including secretarial and other support duties;
  • Handling of incoming and outgoing mail;
  • Maintaining manual and electronic records;
  • Keeping various registers up to date;
  • Contacting suppliers for quotations;
  • Preparing purchase orders;
  • Following up on correspondence;
  • Other ad-hoc duties may be required by management from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset;
  • Excellent communication skills in English;
  • Be able to work in a team, as well as individually, without supervision;
  • Be proactive and take initiative, work well under pressure and demonstrate attention to detail;
  • Is dependable and discreet;
  • Is proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
