Doneo Co Ltd is a leading importer of high-quality Audio-Video brands including Bose, Philips, and NEC. The company works within the retail, wholesale, and custom projects fields and is composed of a tight-knit team of employees. We pride ourselves on the ‘family feeling’ within Doneo where every individual is treated with respect. We are now looking to add a part-time Showroom Sales Executive to our employee base.
We are looking for a presentable and enthusiastic individual with a flair for sales to help us with the delivery of our high-end brand image and customer experience in our showroom. The individual in question will work closely with our showroom manager to keep the showroom up to standard as well as to help clients with their AV choice. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic and willing to work in a tight team environment whilst having the aptitude to learn about our products and the technologies associated with them. Whilst not necessary any Audio-Video or technology knowledge will be considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Face to face sales and customer support for all our consumer electronics brands within the showroom.
- Online sales and customer support for all our consumer electronics brands through our social media and website portals.
- Constant training on current and new products through training portals.
- Communication with our Marketing team to ensure our website is constantly updated with the latest technical information.
- Maintaining the look and feel of our showroom to ensure it is ready to showcase products in the best way.
Requirements
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Good negotiation and sales skills.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
