Job Description

Looking for a full-time Front Office Clerk to handle the administration and back office operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Reception duties
  • Issuing invoices
  • Communications with clients and suppliers
  • Other day-to-day administration work
  • Shop sales of our products
  • Handling directors day to day requirements
  • Basic accounts

Training may be given, could also include overseas training.

Qualifications / experience

  • O’ level standard of education
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Have the ability to work and perform under pressure
  • Have good communication and organisational skills
  • Fluent in English and Maltese both written and spoken
  • A highly organised person with a good eye for detail, sharp
  • Responsible, confident, mature and looking for stability
  • Team player
  • Be very fluent in using computers and possess an ECDL certificate
  • Have own transport

The salary is negotiable.
