Job Description
Looking for a full-time Front Office Clerk to handle the administration and back office operations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Reception duties
- Issuing invoices
- Communications with clients and suppliers
- Other day-to-day administration work
- Shop sales of our products
- Handling directors day to day requirements
- Basic accounts
Training may be given, could also include overseas training.
Qualifications / experience
- O’ level standard of education
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Have the ability to work and perform under pressure
- Have good communication and organisational skills
- Fluent in English and Maltese both written and spoken
- A highly organised person with a good eye for detail, sharp
- Responsible, confident, mature and looking for stability
- Team player
- Be very fluent in using computers and possess an ECDL certificate
- Have own transport
The salary is negotiable.
