Job Details:
The role of a Customer Service Advisor is to efficiently assist customers by answering any queries they might have in a professional manner. Provide information on our services to ensure customers are best informed according to their needs. Achieve pre-determined targets.

Applicants should fulfil the following criteria:

  • Be able to give high priority to customer satisfaction
  • Have good communication skills
  • Have good command in Maltese and English language (written and spoken)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer care post will be considered an asset
  • Should be customer focused
  • Must have a minimum O’ level standard of education
  • Basic word and excel knowledge
  • Available to work on Saturdays (according to roster normally between 09:00 and 13:00)
