The role of a Customer Service Advisor is to efficiently assist customers by answering any queries they might have in a professional manner. Provide information on our services to ensure customers are best informed according to their needs. Achieve pre-determined targets.
Applicants should fulfil the following criteria:
- Be able to give high priority to customer satisfaction
- Have good communication skills
- Have good command in Maltese and English language (written and spoken)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer care post will be considered an asset
- Should be customer focused
- Must have a minimum O’ level standard of education
- Basic word and excel knowledge
- Available to work on Saturdays (according to roster normally between 09:00 and 13:00)
