How you will make an impact
As an Administrative Assistant in the Direct Tax team, you will be responsible for supporting the Direct Tax Leader and the team with various ad hoc administrative tasks.

Your main tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following

  • Supporting the team in project coordination and delivery.
  • Assisting with the execution and documentation of various required compliance, quality and risk management processes including client and engagement acceptance and continuance procedures.
  • Scheduling workshops, calls, and meetings as may be required.
  • Coordinating the team’s billing processes including preparing and sending invoices to clients, and following up on outstanding invoices.
  • Attending and minuting meetings.
  • Preparing reporting packs including assisting the Indirect Tax Leader and Managers with any required reports from time to time, such as for budgeting and risk reporting.
  • Conducting research and analysis.
  • Preparation of proposals, documentation, and reports
  • Other general administrative duties as needed by the business, including assistance with direct tax compliance processes.

  • Approachable, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
