Deloitte Malta is currently seeking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join its dynamic Quality and Risk management (QRM) team. The ideal candidate would be part of the due diligence team to support the core compliance functions.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic, who has a keen interest and basic understanding of quality, compliance and risk management principles.
The ideal candidate will be responsible (but not limited) for:
- Handling administrative requests and queries from Compliance department;
- Preparing documents (corporate structures, checklists);
- Maintaining and constantly updating compliance database;
- Screening clients by using software searches.
The ideal candidate should satisfy the below requirements:
- A’ level standard of education;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office;
- Possess sound knowledge of written and spoken English;
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work;
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn;
- Excellent communication skills.
