We are currently looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team at db Seabank Resort + Spa.
About the Job
The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for monitoring front office personnel to ensure guests receive a prompt, cordial and personal acknowledgement.
Deputise for the Front Office Manager.
Train, coach, and counsel the Front Desk team members.
Address customer queries, concerns and complaints in a friendly and timely manner
Promote all hotel sales and in-house facilities.
Allocate rooms to expected arrivals after checking the guests’ preferences and special requests.
Build strong relationships and liaise with all other departments especially Housekeeping and Reservations.
Assume the role of Duty Manager when scheduled.
Requirements
Previous experience working as an Assistant Front Office Manager in a hotel or busy environment considered to be advantageous.
Verbal and written communications skills in English and any other European Language, preferably German, French or Polish.
Good time management.
Support the Front Office operation as directed by the Front Office Manager.
About you
Willing to work on a shift basis in a hotel environment.
Conforms with hotels grooming standards.
Must be self-motivated.
